Welcome to our community association website!

The Greater San Antonio Community Association was formed in October 2012 to strengthen our community, serve as an interface to City government, and to deal with issues and developments that impact our quality of life.

Please visit the About page to learn more about the Association and our current major issues. At the moment our energies are focused on voicing our concerns about development issues in the San Antonio Change Area to the Mountain View City Council.  Please look over the About page for more background information on this topic. We have posted some documents related to the development issues. Those can be found on the Resource Center page.

Please visit the Announcements page to learn about such upcoming events as emergency preparedness and CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) workshops, Neighborhood Watch team formation, and social events, like the fabulous Food Truck Fridays every other Friday from April until the weather turns cold. We are planning future social events. You can view the event flyers and posters on the Events page. Visit the Newsletters page to read Quarterly Reports and other news from the Board.

We invite you to join the Association. You can do that by going the the Join the Association page and filling out the form. We will be taking surveys on issues of interest and significant impact to our community. Please go to the Survey page, take two minutes, and fill out the survey form.

As we expand our membership and activities, we are looking for people interested in working with the Association Board of Directors and the Community Planning Committee on any of these areas. To see the list of Board and Committee members, please visit the Directory page. You can click on the mailto email address links to contact any of these members.

Finally, we are posting videos and photographs of Association activities to our Gallery page.
